NOCC Business Directory

As a culture-based economic driver, the New Orleans Claiborne Corridor Business Directory (NOCC) will support New Orleans businesses within the Claiborne Corridor district including the Treme neighborhood. The corridor is a 25-Block transformation of the elevated I-10 expressway along Claiborne Avenue from Canal Street to Elysian Fields Avenue. The goal is to catalyze commerce “under the bridge” and the broader neighborhoods, leading to opportunities in what was once the epicenter of small business and commerce for African Americans in the City.
